About The Club

The British Cattle Breeders Club provides a forum for exchange between scientists and breeders of beef and dairy cattle.

At the annual British Cattle Conference papers are presented by leading scientists, breeders, industry specialists and veterinarians. The conference is a truly international occasion, providing a unique opportunity to meet other breeders and scientists in a warm and friendly environment.

The British Cattle Breeders Club is a unique mixture of farmers, scientists and industry personnel all dedicated to the advancement of cattle breeding in both the dairy and beef sectors.

The Club is run by an elected committee with each member appointed for a period of four years. The Committee Chairman is an annual appointment and he/she guides the development of the conference so that each year a different theme evolves. The Club, which is both a Charity and a Company limited by guarantee, is administered by a Secretary.
