The 2008 British Cattle Conference took place from 21-23 January at the Hawkstone Park Hotel near Shrewsbury in Shropshire.
It was the Club's largest ever with nearly 240 delegates attending over the 2 days.

Conference Chairman Mike Coffey introduced several changes.
There were two debates (one on each day) and a "Question Time" panel following the Club Dinner with guests Tim Bennett, John Cross and Liz Falkingham tackling a wide range of questions from the floor.
